Connecting for a Cause
Each year, Ad 2 Hawaii is honored to provide a pro bono public awareness marketing campaign for a local nonprofit.
HOW IT WORKS
Our Public Service committee selects an organization based on the cause they feel passionate about. For the rest of the fiscal year, the committee develops the campaign—from market research and creative strategy to production and execution.
Thanks to the generous donations from the local community, we are able to provide this yearly campaign at no cost to the selected nonprofit. Members volunteer their time and efforts while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

WHY HAWAI'I WILDFIRE MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION
The 2023 wildfire tragedies proved that the threat of wildfire is ever increasing and can no longer be ignored. Are you and your family prepared? Do you know what to do in the event of a wildfire? We teamed up with HWMO to help create a campaign for a more wildfire-resilient Hawai'i.

WHY THE CAREGIVER FOUNDATION
Do you have an elderly or disabled family member that you routinely take care of? Maybe you
help them get in and out of bed, remind them of their medications, handle their finances, cook their meals,
or simply keep them company. You find your mornings, evenings, and weekends preoccupied. You’re not
paid for the effort, you do it out of love. If this sounds familiar, you may not know it, but you are
considered a caregiver.
With a focus on respectful elder care and personal dignity, the Foundation has been providing support to families since its
establishment in 2008. Some of their services
include care coordination, money management, trusteeship and more. By addressing the undesirable parts
of caregiving, the Foundation helps families focus on what's important - being a family again.
NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED
Ad 2 Hawai'i also presents each campaign nationally, competing with other Ad 2 organizations across the United States. Through our campaigns, we have produced award-winning advertisements including our most recent TV spot for Hawai'i Wildlife Center.
